Antisha “Tisha” Walley is President of Make the Change, LLC, a CVE certified service disabled veteran owned small business and human resources consultancy located in Austin, Texas. Having served municipal, state and federal government agencies, as well as private companies, Make the Change helps businesses prepare employees for next level advancement through engaging professional development training and organization development.
Training and HR Apprenticeship
Tisha has spent more than 10 years consulting with leadership teams to identify, address and resolve workplace issues. An experienced workforce trainer, she has successfully trained military, public, and private sector employees on a variety of topics across all HR disciplines. After experiencing first-hand the challenges of securing employment in HR, even while possessing transferrable skills and a master‘s level degree in business and human resource management, Tisha wanted to help other HR aspirants get an edge on their competitors when applying for jobs. This inspired her to create an HR apprenticeship program for Texas residents who desire to work in human resources. Tisha is also an inspirational empowerment speaker who shares her experiences and life lessons to encourage others.

Tisha is a results driven human resource professional who throughout her career has authored employee handbooks, developed and implemented compensation plans, assisted in the successful recruitment for entry, mid and senior level positions, and conducted benefits and compensation market studies. She is also experienced with creating, disseminating, monitoring, and analyzing employee feedback surveys, and has maintained a career average survey response rate of 70%.
